From waste to Fully Circular Design
The VERT sofa system by Circuform is built using recycled raw materials as its foundation.
The sturdy EPS foam for the frame, the seat foam, and the soft upholstery fabric are all made from recycled materials, giving them a new life in VERT.
Thanks to its clever design, which uses no glue, bolts, or screws, the sofa is not only durable and flexible but also fully demountable and recyclable.
Components are easy to replace, and when the sofa is no longer needed, it can be returned for a deposit.
Whether you adjust the configuration yourself or call in our assembly team, VERT adapts to your space.
With VERT, we borrow raw materials from the supply chain and return them after use. No waste, no trash—just future-proof design.
EPS foam, recycled.
The frame of the VERT sofa consists of nearly 100% recycled EPS, sourced from polystyrene foam collected at recycling centers. This makes the sofa both strong and lightweight, as well as fully recyclable.
From waste to seat foam.
For seat and back comfort, we use recycled foam made from a blend of latex and PU foam. These materials are sourced from old furniture, mattresses, and offcuts, and are also fully recyclable.
Near-zero CO2 impact.
For upholstery, we prefer our recycled polyester fabric, though other fabrics can be used upon request. The upholstery is applied entirely without glue or staples, allowing the sofa to be easily disassembled after use into three monomaterials: EPS, foam, and fabric—ready for recycling. The environmental impact (CO₂) of the VERT sofa is significantly lower than that of traditional sofas with wooden frames and new foam or fabric. When returned correctly after use, the end-of-life impact can be reduced to nearly zero.
Our responsibility
Ready for something new, or is your product damaged or even broken?
Hand it in at one of our drop-off locations. We reuse the parts and materials to create new products. You will receive, for example, €20.00 back for a Rex, regardless of the product's condition!
