Kwart is made from recycled polypropylene, sourced from items such as bumpers, caps, toys, and containers. This is turned into granulate, which we use to produce the chair in the Netherlands.

Thanks to injection molding, we can work in an efficient and cost-effective way without wasting material. We press the liquid regranulate into a mold under high pressure. Once cooled, Kwart is ready to take on the world! By minimizing the use of raw materials and energy, this technique helps us move toward a greener future.
